Here is the agenda for our December 11th meeting.
Agenda:
1. Hello and Introductions of new members
2. Vote for new Treasurer
3. Treasurer's report
4. Discuss upcoming club elections and first reading of
proposed changes to the by-laws
5. Reminder that membership payments are due at the February
meeting. We will keep people's membership status as active for 2
years even without payment.
6 Discuss 2024 meeting schedule and discuss possible field day
weeks
7 Update on Club Apiary proposal . OA Vaporizer - how has it
been going and how can we make it better?
8. Bees for sale in the Spring? Anyone at the club selling?
9. Beginning beekeeping classes
10. James Miler will discuss IHPA conference and a topic from
one of the speakers
11. End of year hive talk - what did people see and notice
towards the end of the year? Did people try new things for winter
management? Thoughts on insulation and heat management in a hive
(new study Joe will bring to the club). Varroa management and
counts?
12. Open discussion with time remaining
